Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, Southland, United Concordia, United HealthCare, Dentemax, Assurant, Aetna, and TriCare. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not been paid within 30 days.

Our Smile Savings Program is a reduced-fee dental plan that allows individuals and families to receive quality dental services at prices that make sense in today’s economy. This Plan is designed to help eliminate problems before they happen and make caring for your oral health convenient and affordable. Consistent, quality oral healthcare is essential to a beautiful, healthy smile!
Benefits of the Smile Savings Program include:

- 2 regular cleanings per year at NO EXTRA CHARGE
- Annual exam and x-rays at NO EXTRA CHARGE
- 20% off the regular fee schedule with no deductibles

The Smile Savings Program requires a $125 annual membership fee for each individual.
